Inside Lines: Still packing a punch
Remember Teofilo Stevenson, the three-times Olympic heavyweight champion from Cuba whose knockout performances saw him dubbed Castro's right-hand man? Well, he's still in there punching, at 48, although these days the opposition is more likely to wear a uniform. Last week Stevenson, who is vice-president of the Cuban Boxing Federation, laid out an airport security guard and then a cop who tried to prevent him boarding a plane at Miami airport. Apparently he was late for his Havana flight. Stevenson has been bailed for the return bout in a Miami court. Seconds out.
