RUBENS BARRICHELLO
Rubens Barrichello is the only driver on our list not to have won the world title, or for that matter, to have been lavished with praise. Yet it is the Brazilian's longevity in Formula One that earns him a place in front of the numerous title winners we could have selected. He's already driven more Grand Prix than anyone else in the history of the sport, and should he be trouble free this season, will start his 300th race at the Japanese Grand Prix. Barrichello may well have had more tangible success if it wasn't for the dominance of Michael Schumacher. Barrichello was his team-mate at Ferrari for a number of years and twice finished runner-up for the world title.
