The super sports cars of the Avon Tyres British GT Championship visit Scotland's leading circuit next weekend for round two of the championship, on Sunday May 9 for two races on the challenging 1.3 mile track at Knockhill.
The sight and sound of full race tuned GT cars including Ferrari, Dodge Viper, Mosler, Porsche and Ascari amongst others in high-speed, no quarter asked action is one of the most thrilling in motorsport. This is the UK's premier GT Championship.
The first round of the British GT Championship saw the MTECH Ferrari 430 Scuderia take a double win and the team will look to capitalise at Knockhill where they also took the honours at last years event. Allan Simonsen the quickest man around Knockhill, where he set the lap record in 2008, will also be back in action at the wheel of the Rosso Verde Ferrari.
