DRAZEN PETROVIC, the Croatian basketball player who lines up for the New Jersey Nets, sank two free throws with just nine seconds left to take his country to the final with a 75-74 win over the Unified Team.

Petrovic's dramatics put the Croatians in front for the only time in the last 13 minutes, and took his personal tally to 28 points. Even then, the Unified Team still had a chance to win, but Vladimir Gorin fluffed it.

Croatia have lost just once in Barcelona, to the US 'dream team', and are itching for tomorrow's final. 'This was our dream, to play the 'dream team',' their forward, Toni Kukoc, said.
