• Ireland go top of Pool D as they beat Italy at the Olympic Stadium 16-9

• England knocked out of the World Cup after 33-13 defeat by Australia

• Result means they cannot catch the Wallabies and Wales in Pool A

• England become first ever host nation to fail to make it out of the pool stages
