The Ireland centres Brian O'Driscoll and Gordon D'Arcy have flown to Spala, in Poland, to continue their rehabilitation from hamstring injuries.

Captain O'Driscoll and D'Arcy were ruled out of Ireland's Six Nations Championship win over Scotland on Saturday. The injured pair have travelled with the team's athletic trainer Brian Green to the specialist cryotherapy centre in Spala, which was used by the Irish squad for pre-season training. They will return to Ireland later in the week and any update regarding their injuries will not be known until Sunday at the earliest. Ireland's next Six Nations match is against England in Dublin on 27 February.

Wasps have signed the winger Paul Sackey from London Irish for an undisclosed fee. Sackey will join up with the Wasps squad this week providing he passes a medical.
