DOUG KURTIS, of the United States, easily beat a field of 150 runners yesterday to win Hanoi's first international marathon in 2hr 39min 14sec. Tim Soutar, a British lawyer living in Hong Kong, finished second in 2:50:04. Huynh Trong Thong, of Vietnam, was third in 2:51:41.
