DURHAM WASPS and the Norwegian champions Valerengen were sent to the dressing-rooms to cool off for 10 minutes after a mass brawl broke out in their European Cup quarter-final tie at Blackburn. When play resumed, the Norwegians won 6-2, clinching their group and qualifying for the semi-finals.
