Peter Jackson, the Huddersfield Town manager and his assistant, Terry Yorath, yesterday signed new contracts, agreed last week, which will keep them at the club until the end of the 1999-2000 season.

Allan Evans, the former Aston Villa coach, was warned at an FA disciplinary hearing in London about his future conduct after an incident involving an assistant referee earlier this season.
