STEPHEN CLEMENCE, the son of the Tottenham Hotspur coach, Ray Clemence, scored the final goal in England's 3-0 win over Germany in last night's Under-15 international at the Don Valley Stadium, Sheffield. Clemence had earlier missed a penalty. The other goals came from Jamie Cassidy and Marlon Broomes, and the attendance was over 11,000.

VICTOR FERREYRA, the former Dundee United striker, has been dismissed by his Japanese club, Urawa Red Diamonds, without having played a match in the J League.
