WIDNES are taking legal advice after a Rugby League compensation panel reduced the transfer fees of Paul Moriarty and Esene Faimalo. Widnes valued the out-of-contract pair at pounds 190,000 each but the fee on Moriarty has been reduced to pounds 50,000, plus pounds 15,000 after 20 matches, with Faimalo valued at pounds 80,000.
