Bristol have won their appeal against having to play two games within 48 hours this weekend. They had been scheduled to play an Allied Dunbar Premiership game at London Irish on Friday and a Cheltenham & Gloucester Cup quarter-final at Bedford on Sunday. The England A winger Steve Hackney has signed a part-time contract at the Allied Dunbar Premiership Two club, Waterloo.
