GARETH HIVES, the Port Talbot steelworker who was stripped of three silver medals at the 1990 Commonwealth Games for taking steroids, is back in line for a return to the Welsh team for this year's Games in Canada after winning the 99kg class at the Welsh Championships in Cwmbran in his first competition since being sent home in disgrace from Auckland.
