Sir: Finally something has been achieved in order to clot some of the avarice of Premier League clubs. It has been a long time coming that someone recognises that top clubs should be paying a little homage to the Sunday League clubs which harvest top talent, the David Beckhams and Michael Owens of this world, and help them climb out of their current state of utter penury.
