The domestic indoor season continues today and tomorrow with the TSB AAA National Championships at Birmingham. The imposing National Indoor Arena again provides the backdrop for Colin Jackson, the Olympic high hurdler, to attempt a championship double in the 60 metres and 60 metres hurdles. In the 60 metres dash, the Cardiff runner faces stiff competition from Mark McKoy, the Canadian Olympic 110 metres hurdles champion, as well as from the local talent, Jason John and Michael Rosswess. The Championships also provide further opportunity for competitors to show their mettle before the British team for the World Indoor Championships in Toronto next month is chosen.
