Championship round-up: Danny Ings fires Burnley into second as Derby

Two goals from Danny Ings lifted Burnley back up the table into second place with a 3-2 win at home to Huddersfield. The striker has now scored 19 goals in all competitions. Full-back Kieran Trippier sealed victory 11 minutes from time as Martin Paterson scored twice for the Terriers on his first return to Turf Moor since leaving Burnley in the summer. Leicester City stay top of the league after a 3-1 win at Millwall.

But Negredo improved City when he came on against Bayern Munich on Wednesday, and was very good again on Saturday, scoring City’s first against Everton and proving a constant menace.
