Departures: 'Non' smoking
AIR FRANCE is imposing a no- smoking rule on international flights of up to two hours' duration. Surveys showed 90 per cent of adult passengers thought it 'a good thing' to have non- smoking on short flights; 70 per cent of smokers found it 'acceptable'; and 91 per cent of smokers thought it was 'possible to refrain from smoking for one or two hours'.
