Described by Karen as 'a little gem, tucked away in the historic but often overlooked city of Lancaster', from the outside this is a handsome Georgian manor house but inside it's like 'a film set of smoky colours and sultry fabrics - not surprising given owner James's previous career as a set decorator.' Each of the five rooms here is individually furnished but bathrooms 'steal the show, with huge monsoon shower heads, roll-top baths, underfloor heating and REN toiletries'.
