It’s St Patrick’s Day today, which means that Guinness is being sunk in festive quantities around the globe and the Chicago River has turned a shade of green. To celebrate the Emerald Isle’s national holiday, our pick of this week’s deals are all island-shaped.

If two islands aren’t enough, then aim for the Aeolian Islands off Sicily. Black Tomato ( is offering a seven-night island-hopping holiday from £1,999 per person. The price includes flights, transfers and stays in boutique hotels in Sicily, Panarea, Salina and Stromboli islands. The price is valid for travel between April and October.
