It departs on the MS Ryndam from Dover on 30 June and sails to Eidfjord, Alesund, Geiranger and Bergen before returning to Dover a week later. Mountains of adventure
The Austrian Tyrol transforms into an active playground as the snow melts. Inghams has a week's half-board stay at the Hotel Tirolerhof for £499 per person with BA flights from Gatwick to Salzburg on 16 June and transfers. The hotel has lake views near the town of Zell and offers a free activity programme of guided walks and bike tours to guests (inghams.co.uk).
