Armenian rhapsody

"British passport holders no longer require a visa to visit Armenia," the Foreign Office announced this week. Tourists are allowed in for 90 days. BA has stopped flights to the capital, Yerevan (pictured), but Austrian Airlines and Czech Airlines fly via Vienna and Prague respectively (bit.ly/2Armenia).

Art Frieze

The Frieze Art Fair returns to New York's Randall's Island from 10-13 May. It will also feature a sculpture park with an 80ft-tall inflatable dog by Paul McCarthy (friezenewyork.com).
