Nuts for Brazil

As Brazil hots up for next year's World Cup, Spanish carrier Air Europa has announced that it will start flying from Madrid to Sao Paulo on 16 December. The flights will operate five times a week, and have connections from Gatwick. Fares start at £699 return; non-stop options are offered from Heathrow by BA and TAM (aireuropa.com).

Back to Seattle

Delta is having another go at competing with BA between London and Seattle. The US airline returns to the route next March, with bookings starting today (delta.com).

Beach beautiful

Patsy Cline time
