Barcelona, Spain
With a rooftop pool and bar offering views across Barcelona, the 264-room Novotel is a "flawless blend of nature's four elements." Meeting rooms are decorated in "soothing, uplifting colors" to represent earth, and the natural light in the gym, lounge bar, terrace and swimming pool constitutes air.
