The R140 million (€13.3 million) refurbishment has taken 37 weeks and provided a significant economic boost to the surrounding area. Lesotho's newest hotel was officially opened by the King of Lesotho, HM Letsie III, and includes 158 guest rooms styled to reflect "the culture and traditions of the mountain kingdom." An on-site 120-slot casino also offers eight tables.
