Stephen Wood is the ski correspondent for The Independent; Vanessa Haines is public relations manager for the Ski Club of Great Britain; Trevor de Villiers is the overseas contract manager for Neilson; Patrick Thorne is the author of six skiing guides for publishers such as Collins and Berlitz (he is also the co-founder of www.snow24.com, which is due to launch early in 2001 with a database of 6,000 resorts spanning 75 countries); Michael Liebrich is a former member of the British Olympic ski team and founder of www.ifyouski.com; and Mike Welby is publisher of The Good Ski Guide ( www.skiguide.com).
