The first prizewinner in our new city break competition, Michelle Tsang, will be travelling to Berlin courtesy of Thomson Breakaway Cities. After flying with British Airways from Heathrow, Birmingham or Manchester, she and a friend will spend three nights at the four-star Radisson SAS Berlin. The competition winner will be picked on Thursday 16 September and the winner will be notified in writing within seven days of the draw. 6. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost or damaged in the post. 7. All entries are the sole property of the Independent on Sunday and the winner must be willing to have his or her name published. 8.
