Celtic Food & Drink Festival
At the Iron Age-themed food and drink shindig at the Scottish Crannog Centre on 25 April, demonstrations include a spit roast, pit cooking and bread baking. There will be local smoked meats, dairy produce and herb and meat dishes on offer and, for the brave-hearted, Iron Age-style beer to wash it down with.
