Glenariff Forest Park, Co Antrim
Winter is the perfect time to explore this patch of mature woodland cloaking the edge of a steep-sided river gorge. Clambering down the Inver River gorge, towards the Ess-na-Crub waterfall, at the bottom of the trail you cross the river and begin a long and winding climb up. At the top of the trail, there are views of the glens and the Mull of Kintyre across the sea.
