#PCC, #myPCC

The PPC trend on Twitter is about the upcoming police and crime commissioners elections, which take place in England and Wales tomorrow.

Weirdly, not many policemen and women are talking about the imminent elections, leading to speculation that there will be a low turnout on Thursday.

@FromeLabour tweets: "PCC Elections. Anything other than a Labour win will undo all the progress and reforms achieved by the last Labour government."

@rouseyuk tweets: "In other election news...the Conservative PCC candidate for Dorset is called Nick King. Geddit?"

@chrispeater tweets: "I'm voting in the PCC elections tomorrow because, as we're getting a PCC, we need one who will stand up to government cuts."

@_aylesbury tweets: "I've now had 2 leaflets through from PCC candidates (from UKIP & Conservative). Are the other 4 candidates doing anything in Aylesbury Vale?"

#movember

It's mid-way through Movember, and those participating should have cultivated some rather luscious facial fuzz by now, not to mention raised oodles of cash for testicular and prostate cancer. Looking for somnewhere to show-off your mo? Here's our pick of the best Movember events.

@TheSunNewspaper tweets: "Worst Movember attempts ever! Police snaps reveal suspects guilty of shocking 'taches http://bit.ly/UorUPS"
