This is what happens if you text your parents pretending you've bought drugs

It all started with a little challenge from comedian Nathan Fielder.

He told his Twitter followers to text "got 2 grams for $40" to their parents, and quickly send another text saying "Sorry ignore that txt. Not for you," and then tweet a screenshot of the conversation.

His request has been retweeted nearly 4,000 times already, and a flurry of screen grabs appeared with rather concerned parents asking what exactly their children meant by grams. Some passed it off as ice cream or sugar, and others went down the "ignore it" route - with varying responses from parents, but a general level of panic shared.

What did you think of the prank? Would your parents see the funny side?
