Letter: A man who's after one thing
IT WAS with some hilarity that I read Annalisa Barbieri's article "Waiting for Mr Goodtime" (Real Life, 19 November). In classic style she chooses men for whom sex and emotion are ultimately still linked, and then criticises them for growing tired of playing her games or adhering to her contracts.
If she really wants to find someone who only wants her for one thing, she should choose a man (men?) unencumbered with emotions (residual/potential/his or even hers) - there are millions of them out there of all shapes, classes, colours, creeds etc. In that way she may fall in love and don her long paisley skirt - or not. Either way, I wish her good luck.
