Letter: A noble London prospect defiled

Sir: Whitehall still looks well with horses so why not strike a compromise and permit ministerial tethering instead of car parking? Any minister who appeared on horseback would be permitted space. This would delight tourists, perhaps impress the people and produce a modicum of fruitful manure for St James' Park.

Yours faithfully,
