Letter: BBC support for Panorama

Sir: Maggie Brown's article (' 'Panorama' on single mothers 'misleading' ', 21 July) was misleading itself. Ms Brown knows that the BBC is not in a position to comment in detail until the Broadcasting Complaints Commission adjudication is officially published. Even so, she failed to make clear, despite being given a statement, that we fully stand by the programme.
