Sir: We are a small theatre group and we have people with learning difficulties as members of our company. Most of them live at home with their parents who care for them and fight for their rights. Eventually, they will have to go into residential homes.

Who will care for them then - the lowest bidder or Gordon and Angela Rowe and their sons and daughters?
