Sir: Jacqueline Doyle's suggestion that we should change our patron saint (letter, 21 April) prompts the thought that even Olivier would have had trouble animating the lads before Harfleur in Henry V if faced with the line: 'Cry God for Harry, England and St Cuthbert]'
