Letter: Disappearing wives: the sequel

IF Mrs Everitt had joined the RAC as a full member with her husband as associate, she would have found he had disappeared. When I complained that my husband's associate card had my initial on it and not his own, I was told this could not be changed. The computer is geared up for the main member to be male, in which case the associate wife shares his initial. I await the time my husband needs to use his card and has to admit to being called Mary.
