Letter: Downshifting? We should be so lucky
I have just read Geraldine Bedell's inspirational piece. As I complete my university studies, I could be forgiven for thinking, to go by academic attitudes, that the only reason one was put on this Earth was to work. I did not come to university to get a job. I came for a love of learning. I am delighted to read of people who are realising that there is more to life than your job.
