Letter: Earn it
SHOULD A nurse, teacher or steelworker earn more in Britain than in the US, then the fact that products cost more here is not so significant ("Revealed: home truths about `rip-off' Britain", 5 September). I would have been more convinced by Emma Cook's article if she had included a comparison of incomes.
