Sir: I read on your front page today of the Lord Chancellor's proposal that "all couples will have to face a panel of legal and other experts before being allowed to proceed with a divorce" ("Panel will control right to divorce, (26 April). Wouldn't it make more sense to replace the word "divorce" with the word "marriage"?
