Letter: Monarchs aren't meant to leadTHANK goodness I shall never have the dubious honour of having lunch with Tina "my pen is dipped in vitriol" Brown. And please God, don't let me die in an unfashionable place! eg: Athens during the World Cup or similar when the weather is nice elsewhere!
