Letter: Parenthood is a positive career move, too

WHAT are we doing, trying to make women fit into a man's world by changing nature ("Stop the clock", 31 May)? This man's world that is also detrimental to men. We should be making the workplace fit the family, not the other way round. When will we realise that it is not about men or women but about human beings? We all want to succeed, but we need to ask what is success and what is its human cost.
