Sir: At the age of 43, I also have many reasons to remember the Second World War. The reason I wear a poppy is to not only to remember those who died during that war but also those who died during the Falklands war, the Gulf war and Bosnia for the sake of freedom. In years to come, there will be further wars, and those that suffer during these wars also have a right to be remembered.
