Letter: Salisbury wants less congestion and if that means a bypass, then we must have it
Robert Key is wrong in claiming that he has the backing of Salisbury district council for the proposed A36 Salisbury bypass. On Monday, the council agreed by a majority of 35 to 17 to request the Secretary of State to re-open the public inquiry into the bypass, in light of new information relating to its environmental impact.
