Letter: SAS anti-hero

Sir: So the SAS has broken with tradition and officially condemned LWT's production of The One That Got Away ("SAS in war of words over Gulf film", 20 February). I am not surprised. For if Andy McNab were truly as incompetent and cowardly as he was portrayed, he would have found it hard enough to get a job within the British government, let alone as a leader of an SAS unit.
