Letter: Still streaking

Sir: Contrary to the impression given by Keith Elliott ('The sad passing of the naked exhibitionist', 30 August), streakers are alive and well and still disporting themselves. I saw one at Lord's this summer, and there have been reports of others there.

It may be that cricket has become the last bastion of the streaker, but I suspect the truth is more likely to be that the novelty has worn off and the media has given up mentioning what has now become a routine bit of fun for bored spectators determined to win a bet.

Yours sincerely,

WILLIAM KAY
