Letter: Thank you, BR, for being so helpful

Sir: As a commuter from the Guildford area, may I thank all the staff of local stations and Waterloo for the exceptional help, courtesy and professionalism during the recent strikes. What could have been a total nightmare these recent weeks has turned into camaraderie between rail staff and the public. How refreshing to the 'them' and 'us' attitude of previous times.
