Letter: The Holocaust: neither blame young Germans nor allow them to forget it

Sir: We must never, as Michael Graham intimates, 'turn our gaze' from the unspeakable crimes committed by Hitler.

Schindler's List is not an excuse for finger pointing, but an attempt to educate not just a third generation of Germans, but a third generation of humanity. Far from 'letting them off', we must - if anything - let them on.
