CONGRATULATIONS ON your editorial opposing the bombing of Kosovo. You are quite right that it is counter productive. However, it is still the case that something must be done about Milosevic. An important first step must be for Jack Straw to scrap asylum restrictions on Kosovars and for refugees to be made welcome here.
