Sir: Do you think that if, during the crusades, the Christians had erected a church on the same site as the birthplace of the prophet Mohamed where a mosque used to be, the Muslims would want the site back?

If so, why is it wrong for the Hindus to demand the same? The mosque/temple serves no other purpose than to be a constant reminder of the unholy, barbaric past and an insult to the faith of some 1.6 billion Hindus of India and the world.

Yours brotherly,

R. PATEL
