Rupert Isaacson recommends a visit to a rodeo whilst admitting that flank straps, tied over the loins and genitals of the unfortunate animals in order to make them buck, is cruel. What next, bear baiting in Pakistan? The obscene use of animals for "entertainment" will only end when tourists stop supporting it.
